Order Processing Times:
We process orders within 3-5 business days. After processing, delivery times range from 6-14 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Delivery times depend on the transit period once the order is handed over to the carrier. Please see the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

    Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
    It's important to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may lead to processing delays or order cancellations. If any issues with the address are detected, our support team will reach out within 3 business days for confirmation. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

    Delayed Delivery:

We will work with our shipping partners to ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible.

    Processing or shipping delays may also occur due to factors like product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. Should any issue arise, we will notify you promptly.

    Please note that MARINELE is not liable for external delays during delivery. However, we will always keep you updated and assist you with any questions or concerns.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:
    If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at contact.marinele@gmail.com for support. Once a package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. We advise reaching out directly to the courier company to file a claim. We will also assist in tracking the claim on your behalf.

    Please be aware that MARINELE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these are not covered by our refund policy. However, we will provide all possible support, and in certain situations, a replacement may be offered.
